font-family: 나눔고딕; line-height: 32px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> 회계법인 삼정KPMG 심종선 회계사는‘對한 수입규제 동향과 대응방안’발표를 통해 “그간 우리 기업과 정부의 조사대응과 함께 규제국 수입업계의 부담 증가나 글로벌 공급망내 한국 제품의 위상 상승 등으로 수입국들의 규제가 완화되면서 對한 수입규제 조치 건수는 2년 연속 감소세”라고 말했다. </span><br style="font-size: 12pt;"><br style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 나눔고딕; line-height: 32px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> 회계법인 DKC 현용훈 회계사는 ‘각국의 우회수출 규제 추이와 대응방안’과 관련하여 “미국·EU에서 우회수출을 규제해온 것에 이어 최근 호주, 캐나다 등에서도 관련 규제를 강화하는데, 우회수출 조사는 조사당국 재량에 따라 판단을 하는 경우가 많다”며, “중간재 수입처 다변화나 반덤핑 대상 품목 수출시 리스크 대비 등 우리 기업의 선제적 조치가 필요하다”고 당부했다. </span><br style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 나눔고딕; line-height: 32px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> 법무법인 광장 정기창 변호사는‘각국의 탄소 무역장벽 동향과 향후 과제’에 대해 “EU 탄소국경조정제도(CBAM)는 오는 10월부터 시행하며, 보고시 수출 상품의 전체 탄소 내재배출량(제품 생산시 배출된 탄소량)에 더해 간접 내재배출량(전기 등에 소요된 탄소량)까지 보고해야하는 등 우리 기업들에게 무역장벽으로 작용할 소지가 있다.”며, “특히, 미-EU간 논의 중인 글로벌 철강협정(GSSA)의 경우 철강산업의 탄소배출 저감과 더불어 철강제품 보조금 견제를 논의하는 만큼 우리 기업의 이해관계가 반영될 수 있도록 정부와 업계의 공동 대응이 필요하다.”고 강조하였다. </span><br style="font-size: 12pt;"><br style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;
